Receiving a Budget
Who is eligible for SAF Funding?
Any student organization that is registered with Student Leadership and Involvement and has open membership to all students is eligible for funding. Funding will be allocated at the student government’s discretion. Factors that the are taken into consideration during budget hearings include (but are not limited to):
- Number of students impacted
- University impact
- Alignment with the university’s strategic plan
- Uniqueness of the opportunity

Friday, Feb. 26th | Allocation Recommendations Announced | An email will be sent to all Student Organization Officers. | |
Monday, Mar. 15th | Budget Appeals | Sign-ups will be on Mar. 3rd and will close on Mar. 15th at 3:00PM
Appeals will take place from 4:00PM-6:00PM March 18th and 19th via Zoom. |

Wednesday, Mar. 24th | USG Votes on 2021-2022 Allocations | Vote will take place at the USG general body meeting, beginning at 7:00PM. | |
Friday, Mar. 26th | Final Allocation Recommendations Announced | An email will be sent to all Student Organization Officers. |
