The Student Body Barn is a storage barn for Registered Student Organizations at Michigan Technological University. It is located by the Peter J. Grant Hockey Entrance of the SDC in Commuter Lot 29. The Body Barn contains 15 lockers varying in size from roughly 4x8x10 feet to 6x8x10 feet.
The Student Body Barn is the Student Organization Storage location on Fairview St. (the road leading up to the SDC).
The Body Barn is overseen by the Events Committee of the Undergraduate Student Government. Each semester the lockers are checked to ensure safety and correct usage. There are several requirements and guidelines outlined in the Usage Contract. The largest requirement is an inventory of the locker including pictures. Some photographs of the interior of the barn are shown below.
Locker space varies by assigned locker and assigned space, but lockers are expected to be organized, clean, and non-intrusive on other organization's spaces. Once an organization is accepted into the Body Barn, they will receive instructions on how to access it.

The Undergraduate Student Government is a Special Budgetary Group of Michigan Technological University. The Undergraduate Student Government's website is hosted on Michigan Tech property, and any and all logos that contain the Michigan Tech brand are owned by the university itself.
