911 College Ave., Houghton. Great location between MTU and downtown. A few blocks walk to Tech or downtown. 4/5 BR on first 2 levels at $400 per tenant.

911 College Ave UPPER UNIT, Houghton. Great location between MTU and downtown. A few blocks walk to Tech or downtown. 2 BR on 3rd floor with private entrance from parking deck in back of house. $400 per tenant base on 2 tenants minimum.

504 Quincy Upper, Hancock (yellow building in photo). 4 or 5 bedroom duplex on the 2nd and 3rd floors of a spacious building on the west side of downtown Hancock across from Finlandia University- a quick easy drive to MTU. $350 per person with all utilities included, based on 4 tenants. Private plowed parking lot in back of building.

508 Quincy Upper, Hancock (middle brick building in front photo, white building with deck in back photo). Very nice 2 or 3 bedroom apartment with parking in private lot behind building for 2 cars. $375 per person including all utilities (based on 2 tenants).
